GENERAL INFORMATION
The pools and playground are open to residents year-round
A Pool Card Key is required to access the pools and playground
Pool Information is available in the Recreational Facilities Handbook under Docs and Forms on this website.
Some quick reminders:
- No pets are allowed inside the pool complex including the pavilion, playground and pool area
- Spring and Summer hours (pool & playground) begin on April 1: 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Fall and Winter hours begin November 1: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Please be aware pools and playground may be closed for repairs or cleaning from time-to-time.
- The Sports Pool may be reserved by property owners for private parties but the main pool, kiddie pool, pavilion and playground are always open to all property owners. Sports Pool may NOT be reserved on holidays or holiday weekends.
The Common Area Use Waiver (needed to obtain a pool card key) and Sports Pool Lease are available on this website under Docs and Forms. To obtain pool cards please complete the Common Area Use Waiver and send to accesscontrol@damctx.com.
