The Architectural Control+ Committee (ACC) continues to observe the health crisis of COVID-19.
ALL COMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED ON THE FIRST WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH AT THE ACC MEETING BY ZOOM. COMPLETE APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST A WEEK BEFORE THE MEETING. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED UNTIL THE NEXT MONTH’S MEETING. AT THIS TIME THE ACC IS NOT ACCEPTING EXPEDITED APPLICATIONS.
Please submit a copy of application and deposit to DAMC at their offices at 14603 Huebner Road, Building 40 in San Antonio, TX. Applications need to be submitted to DAMC electronically for purposes of review and approval. This process will be permanent. For property improvements, the ACC will need pictures of improvement location and pictures of completed improvement for the return of deposits.
