The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is appointed by the Board of Directors and is responsible for administration of the Architectural Site and Design Guidelines (ASDGs) and applicable sections of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCCR) as it applies to property improvements. Kathy Johnson is the current ACC Chair.
The ACC oversees modifications, additions or alterations of lots, including existing structures and landscaping after completion of initial construction.
In reviewing plans and specifications for improvements, the ACC considers the quality of workmanship and design, harmony of external design with existing structures and location in relation to surrounding structures, topography and finish grade elevation among other considerations.
The ACC meets on the first Wednesday of each month. Complete applications must be submitted at least a week before the meeting. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed until the next month's meeting. At this time the ACC is not accepting expedited applications. Electronically transmitted plans and applications are encouraged to be submitted for improvements. Hard copy applications are accepted and may be delivered to the Architectural Control Committee at Diamond Association Management & Consulting in San Antonio.
ACC requests for new construction, land clearing, pools, landscape, and improvements such as decks and fencing are to be sent or delivered to the following address:
