The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is appointed by the Board of Directors and is responsible for administration of the Architectural Site and Design Guidelines (ASDGs) and applicable sections of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCCR) as it applies to property improvements.
The ACC oversees modifications, additions or alterations of lots, including existing structures and landscaping after completion of initial construction.
In reviewing plans and specifications for improvements, the ACC considers the quality of workmanship and design, harmony of external design with existing structures and location in relation to surrounding structures, topography and finish grade elevation among other considerations.
The ACC meets on the first Wednesday of each month. Applications must be submitted by the Monday before the meetings. Expedite fees will apply to ALL applications owners want to have reviewed outside of the regular monthly meeting. Electronically transmitted plans and applications are encouraged to be submitted for improvements. Hard copy applications are accepted and may be delivered to the Architectural Control Committee.
Effective August 1, 2019 ACC requests for new construction, land clearing, pools, landscape, and improvements such as decks and fencing are to be sent to the following address:
