Pool Complex
The pool complex includes three pools, a pavilion with rest rooms, picnic tables and grill, and a playground area, The Pool Complex is for the use of Mountain Springs Ranch property owners and their guests.
The extended security fence and gate surrounding the pool complex and playground were added in 2010. Entry to the pool complex is through the card reader at the gate near the pavilion A card key is required to access the pool complex. With the addition of the security fence, property owners and guests may move among the pools, playground, picnic pavilion, and restrooms without having to reswipe a card key. Property Owners may request a pool card key (or renew a card key) by completing the pool membership form and returning the form to the Association.
A few important reminders (please read the Recreational Facilities Handbook for all guidelines for the pool complex):
- Mountain Springs Ranch Pool opened on April 1, 2010.
- Pool Hours from Memorial Day to Labor Day are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily, weather permitting. The Association reserves the right to close the pool at any time for emergency or repair. Before Memorial Day and after Labor Day pool hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- For pool use guidelines, please read the 2010 Recreational Facilities Handbook.
- For safety reasons, the entrance gate to the pool complex must remain locked at all times. PLEASE DO NOT PROP THE GATE OPEN.
- Property Owners must be present at all times when their guests are at the pool complex.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY!
- Children in diapers must wear swim diapers in the pool.
- A card key is required to access the pool complex. Card keys are available to all property owners in good standing. Property Owner Card keys must be renewed each season by signing and returning the Pool Membership Form and Release of Liability. If you haven’t already received or renewed your card key for 2010, please complete the form and return it to the Association. Please allow 2-3 days for your card key to be activated.

- For questions or concerns about the pool complex, contact the Pool Committee.
The Sports Pool may be reserved for private parties for adults and children 10 years of age or older (e.g. birthday parties, ball team parties, other similar events), which may include guests who are not residents of Mountain Springs Ranch. The party limit is 50 persons. The Sports Pool may be reserved by completing the Sports Pool Lease and paying the security deposit at least one week in advance of your party. Please contact the Pool Committee to reserve the Sports Pool for your event.
Please remember that The Splash Pool, Family Pool, and the Pavilion may not be reserved.
