AirLife

Hill Country Nieghborhood Coalition (HCNC) of which Mountain Springs Ranch POA is a member has been selected by AirLIFE Air Ambulance Service to offer a low yearly membership to area residents at $10 per year. The nornal rate for up to eight family members is $49 a year.  Emergency transport of injured patients is very expensive depending on the distance to emergency care. Even with insurance, the total costs can run over $10,000 to $15,000.   

AirLIFE membership is strictly optional and on an individual basis. To apply for AirLIFE membership:

• Print and complete the AirLIFE Application, (Write HCNC in the Agency section.  Leave the employer ID # blank.) 
• Attach a $10.00 check payable to AirLIFE Guardian Angel and mail to
