Hill Country Neighborhood Coalition

The Hill Country Neighborhood Coalition (HCNC) is an organization of 42 area Property Owners Associations .  Representatives from each Property Owners Association meet monthly to hear informative speakers and share information.   Mountain Springs Ranch is a member of the HCNC and a Board representative attends monthly meetings. 

In spring 2010 HCNC was able to work with AirLIFE Air Ambulance Services to offer optional memberships to indiviiduals in member POAs.  Memberships in AirLIFE Air Ambulance Services are available at a reduced rate of $10 per year for ,up  to eight members in a family.  For additional information, on AirLIFe Ambulance Services, click here.

In 2009, representatives from the HCNC formed the Coalition for Equitable Water Rates to negotiate with Canyon Lake Water Service Company (CLWSC) and were successful in negotiating a reduced rate increase.  Canyon Lake Water Supply is again proposing water rate increases over the next three years.    Coalition representatives are reviewing the proposal and meeting with Canyon Lake Water Service Company and will be reporting the results of thier meetings back to HCNC POAs. 

 The Coalition will not meet in July or August.
