Preserve Committee

The Preserve Committee is responsible for identifying maintenance and improvements to the 85-acre Preserve in the center of our community.  This Committee typically organizes two workdays each year in which our property owners can roll up their sleeves and participate in maintenance activities.  Committee Chair Bill Cawood encourages all property owners to join us for those workdays, but attendance is completely voluntary. The work that is done is in addition to periodic maintenance items such as mowing and trash removal that is paid for as part of the annual budget for the community, which is funded by annual assessments.  Recent improvements have included the repair of damage done by unauthorized vehicles doing a little "off-roading" in the spring mud, replacing damaged culverts, adding a new reinforced concrete low water crossing to address erosion issues, and installing signage.  For more information please contact the Preserve Committee.
