Recycling has come to Mountain Springs Ranch. IESI and Tiger Sanitation are both offering curbside pickup of recyclables for a modest monthly fee. Contact either service provider for more information. Their contact information is available at the Useful Information/Links tab on the lefthand side of the home page.
The Comal County Burn Ban is ON. The Burn Ban is in effect August 27, 2010 at 6:00 am. For more information please check the Comal County Fire Marshal's Website.
Greg Anderson has been appointed to the Association Board to fill the director position vacated by Mike Kelly. Greg previously served as President of the Board.

. Good news! The fountains at the main entrance to Mountain Springs Ranch have been repaired. The fountains had been turned off because there was a significant leak in the fountains due to faulty construction of the fountains that allowed water to escape from the back of the fountains at a good clip. We are very pleased that David Lodge of GardenWorks Landscape and Water Designs in Bulverde was able to identify the problem and get our water fountains flowing again.
