Security at Mountain Springs Ranch

Mountain Springs Ranch is being protected by Police Patrol. John Millikin is a retired San Antonio detective and his daughter, Karen Switzer, is a commissioned police officer in Balcones Heights. They patrol every day at random hours in unmarked vehicles. Officer Switzer can offer you security tips for your home and even assess your home for security measures that can pay off in lower insurance premiums. If you plan to leave town, you should complete the Out of Town Notification one week prior to departure so that our security patrol will know what to expect and watch for in your absence.
