COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT GROUP
At the March 19, 2018 Mountain Springs Ranch POA Board of Directors meeting the Board voted to partner with Community Management Group of San Antonio.  The agreement is effective April 1, 2018.  Our Managers are Rachael Robinson and Keila Lynch.  Please send all requests and inquiries to Community Management Group (CMG) by phone at 210-774-4470 or email at msrpoa@cmg-hoa.com.  The mailng address is 1777 NE Loop 410, Suite 600, San Antonio, TX 78217.

CMG is your first contact for many responsibilities that have been handled by committees and the Board of Directors.  CMG will handle all sports pool reservations, pool card requests, gate codes and remotes, as well as ACC requests for building, landscape, and improvements.  CMG will be responsible for paying invoices and collecting assessments.  They are also handling requests for maintenance in our pool complex, nature preserve and other common areas. A CMG representative will also conduct weekly inspection drive-arounds.  You should also contact CMG with complaints about issues like barking dogs, unslightly lots, etc.  CMG will notify the Board of Directors of any issues that need Board input.


MSRPOA ANNUAL MEETING and
BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION
March 24, 2018

 At the March 24 Mountain Springs Ranch Annual Property Owners Meeting, the following members were elected to the Board of Directors for a two-year term:  Allan King, Keith Randolph, Mary Lu Zellers and David Moody.  Misty DuCharme was elected to a one-year term.   These property owners along with Julia Doerle and Tate Mueller make up your 2018 Board of Directors.


At the Board of Directors Organizational Meeting on Wednesday March 28 the Board of Directors elected the following officers:  Mary Lu Zellers, President; Allan King, Vice President; David Moody, Treasurer; and Julia Doerle, Secretary.

COMAL COUNTY BURN BAN OFF
The Comal County Judge Sherman Krause lifted the county  burn ban for the unincorporated areas of the county effective  August 27, 2017.

MSR POOLS & PLAYGROUND
The pools and playground are open to residents year-round.   

  • Spring and Summer hours (pool & playground) begin on April 1:  6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
      Fall and Winter hours begin November 1:  7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

  • Please be aware  pools and playground may be closed for repairs or cleaning from time to time. 
  • The Sports Pool may be reserved by property owners for private parties but the main pool, kiddie pool pavilion and playground are always open to property owners.

NATURE PRESERVE
All trails in the Nature Preserve are open to property owners and their guests from sunrise to sunset.   No camping or fires are allowed in the Nature Preserve. 

Remember that from time to time, we will have equipment in the preserve, working on trails and mowing area along the trails.· For your safety, please stay away from equipment while it is being operated in the nature preserve.   

PLEASE NOTE: Motorized vehicles (including ATVs) are NOT allowed in the Nature Preserve.  (Work vehicles authorized by the Nature Preserve Committee Chair are exempted.)


SAFETY ON MOUNTAIN SPRINGS RANCH  ROADS
Mountain Springs Ranch neighbors have reported some close calls with vehicles on our roads.  The posted speed limit is 30 mph on all Comal County roads AND roads in gated neighborhoods within Mountain Springs Ranch.  Drivers:  Please observe the 30 mph speed limit.  Walkers and joggers, for your safety, please run/walk on the left side of the street where you are facing on-coming traffic.


ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) meets the first Wednesday of each month.  Applications must be submitted tp Community Management Group by the Monday before the meetings.  Expedite fees of $100 will apply to ALL applications that owners want to have reviewed outside of the regular monthly meeting.  For more information, click on the ACC button at the top of this page or contact Community Management Group (CMG) at 210-774-4470 or email CMG at msrpoa@cmg-hoa.com

 Please Note:  Property Owners and/or rental agents are responsible to notify the Property Owners Association of persons renting or leasing residences in Mountain Springs Ranch AND for providing the rentors with copies of the Association Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations which are posted on this website.


 Assessments:
Assessments for properties in the Mountain Springs Ranch community are:

  • $300 a year for properties in ungated neighborhoods
  • $600 a year for properties in gated neighborhoods
    (The Hills, The Ridge, and The Vistas)
  • $450 a year for properties in The Estates

All assessments are due January 1st of each calendar year.
Budgets and Assessment Statements are mailed by December 1 to all property owners of record.
