The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is appointed by the Board of Directors and is responsible for administration of the Architectural Site and Design Guidelines (ASDGs) and applicable sections of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCCR) as it applies to property improvements.

The ACC oversees modifications, additions or alterations of lots, including existing structures and landscaping after completion of initial construction.

In reviewing plans and specifications for improvements, the ACC considers the quality of workmanship and design, harmony of external design with existing structures and location in relation to surrounding structures, topography and finish grade elevation among other considerations.

The ACC meets on the first Wednesday of each month.  Applications must be submitted by the Monday before the meetings.  Expedite fees of $100 will apply to ALL applications that owners want to have reviewed outside of the regular monthly meeting.  Electronically transmitted plans and applications are encouraged to be submitted for improvements. Hard copy applications are accepted and may be delivered to the ACC.  Committee Chair is Vickie King.

Please call CMG with questions or concerns about builds, landscape, lighting, etc.  On workdays,CMG will attempt to respond to email and voicemail messages within 24 hours after the messages are delivered.  Messages delivered on weekends or holidays wll be handled on the next workday.
